Karen Bartz cook book
Karen Bartz is well known Raw vegan chef from Perth running an unprofitable community "FERN" just outside Fremantle.
I had the privilege of collaborating with her on her Second raw vegan cook book (styling and photography).
All ingredients she uses are organic, local and donated from local farms.
She has been a big inspiration to me mainly because of the way she cares about humans, earth and nature.
